Upon initiating conversations, select one of our three-tier glamping packages, each offering varying finishes, furnishings, and amenities for a customized experience
Our package pricing is based on a minimum of (5) tents for the event, ensuring a comprehensive glamping experience.
Choose the desired package, securing individual tent layout pricings with varying levels of luxury.
The event organizer is responsible for the package cost, which covers finishes, furnishings, and amenities. This cost does not include delivery, mobilizations, and taxes.
Delivery, mobilizations, and taxes are separate and should be covered by the event organizer, host, or venue.
After selecting the package, the event organizer can either purchase individual tent layouts or allow occupants/guests to secure their reservations individually.
Individual tent layouts are selected by completing our straightforward booking form.
We follow up promptly, securing reservations, and preparing for the event based on the selected package and individual preferences.
To ensure a seamless experience, all tent reservations must be secured at least 2 months before the event.
